RÉSUMÉ

Submit a current, detailed résumé that includes your professional work experience (full-time, internship, etc.), academic background, and any volunteer experiences.

TRANSCRIPTS

Unofficial transcripts may be uploaded to start the application review process. Upon admission, you will be required to submit official transcripts.

Many schools issue transcripts electronically. If this option is available through the institutions you attended, have your transcript(s) sent to appsvcs@onlinebusiness.fordham.edu. Students who have completed a degree outside of the United States are required to submit official transcripts as well as a third-party evaluation of their academic credentials. Academic credential evaluations are accepted from any National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) recommended service provider. Exceptions are made for institutions in Canada, Australia, Ireland, and the U.K.

Please note: To be considered an official transcript, the transcript must be sent directly from your institution(s) or through an electronic transcript vendor retained by that institution. Transcripts submitted by enrolled or prospective students are considered unofficial documents, even if they are in a sealed envelope provided to you by the issuing university.

TRANSLATION

Application materials in a language other than English, such as university transcripts and letters of recommendation, must be accompanied by a certified translation. Applicants can use any accredited translation service.

ESSAYS

Two essays are required and a third essay is optional. The essay prompts are available in the online application.

INTERVIEW

After you have submitted your application, an admissions officer will contact you to schedule the required online admissions interview.

APPLICATION FEE

There is a $175 nonrefundable application fee for all Gabelli School graduate programs.

You can receive an application fee waiver if you meet any of the following requirements:

  • You attend a webinar.
  • You submit your application by the priority application deadline.
  • You are a current or former member of the U.S. military.

Please contact the admissions team by calling Phone Number: 855-594-5216 or emailing admissions@onlinebusiness.fordham.edu prior to submitting your application to receive your waiver.

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

One letter is required from a professional or academic reference familiar with your professional history and who can assess your suitability for graduate business studies.

OFFICIAL TEST SCORES

GMAT or GRE scores are a component of the application process and play an important role in our holistic evaluation process. However, considering challenges brought about by the Covid pandemic, for the 2021-2022 admissions cycle, these tests will be optional for this program.

If you choose to submit an official GMAT or GRE test score, you will need to add your test score as part of your online application.

All applicants whose native language is not English and who did not attend an undergraduate institution in a country where the official language is English must submit an original TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo English Test (DET), or Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic) test score report.
